Our very own chef, Giovanni Orellana, has won the TigerChef Signature Recipe Contest with his delicious Nutella pizza!
TigerChef is an online source for restaurant equipment and supplies and they have chosen him as their winner.

Some of his competition were items like: Grilled Salmon with White Sauce, Rosemary Steelhead Trout with Saffron Quinoa, and a Veggie Cream of Mushroom along with many others. Still, his recipe came out on top.
How exactly does Giovanni make it?
He spreads the pizza dough like any other pizza. With a pastry brush, he adds the hazelnut oil then bakes it until it is golden brown. He removes it from the oven and spreads the nutella all over, as like with tomato sauce. He then tops it with mascarpone cheese, sprinkles the walnuts, adds the strawberries and garnishes it with mint on the center.

1 thin crust pizza dough
1 tablespoon hazelnut oil
Nutella
1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
1/4 cup crumbled walnuts
3 to 4 sliced strawberries
Mint
