Barcöde’s very own Lobster Sliders start off with fresh lump Maine lobster. The lobster meat is then tossed in a tarragon aioli with diced red onion, celery, and Old Bay seasoning. Miniature brioche buns are butter-toasted to compliment the flavor.
Other restaurants post beautiful pictures online, spending sometimes hours to get the perfect look and shot. At Barcöde, most of the items from our website were served immediately after taking the picture. In this case our chef prepared the sliders and then took a quick picture. Nothing is edited or touched up; what you see is truly what you get, and we think that’s important.
